The MetalScan PolySpek Junior series is a range of revolutionary desktop metals analysers, designed to give high precision analysis on-site in the foundry and engineering industries of the world. It offers laboratory precision analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. Its use of advanced CCD detector array technology makes it extremely flexible. An integral panel PC with touch operation makes the use of the instrument simple for all levels of personnel.
The MetalScan PolySpek Junior series offers laboratory precision analysis of metals in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. Although the instrument incorporates an argon flushed spectrometer with a high sensitivity CCD detector so that it is especially suitable for the analysis of light elements such as sulphur, carbon and phosphorous the PolySpek Junior is equally at home analysing non-ferrous metals. Any combination of calibrations can be supplied in one instrument.
The MetalScan PolySpek Junior series can be supplied as single-base or multi-base instruments using the same hardware. Extra bases can be added without any hardware changes as analytical lines are selected by software.
